Open Question: Where is a great place to go?

I've been in Springville/Orem, Utah for almost 5 months and I've gone a few places to get my nails and my hair done and all the places have done a either horrible or very close to horrible job on everything. Where is a salon I can go to where they will do a really nice job, not make me pay very huge amounts and they will help me decide what will look best? I'm really in a bind here.
